Daniel LaCount is a member of the litigation department of Berding | Weil. His practice encompasses all facets of civil litigation with a focus on commercial real estate, common interest development, and the representation of single-family home owners and owners' associations engaged in complex construction defect actions and other real estate and construction related matters.
Prior to joining Berding | Weil, Mr. LaCount worked as a litigator in San Francisco representing defendants in a broad range of practice areas including construction, products liability, professional liability, elder care, and personal injury.
Mr. LaCount received his Juris Doctor from the University of California Davis School of Law in 2006, where he was Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the UC Davis Law Review. He received his B.A. in English from the University of California, at Berkeley in 1993.
