As our Human Resource Generalist, Crystal leads and directs the routine functions of HR including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Before joining Berding|Weil, Crystal spent over 15 years in retail management. She brings with her a strong background in Human Resources, interpersonal relations, training and customer service skills.
Crystal received her Associates of Art degree in art and photography from Academy of Art San Francisco. Additionally, Crystal is working on her Human Resource Certification.
