Cassie Holloway is part of Berding|Weil's litigation team and concentrates her practice on civil litigation, construction defect litigation, and community association law.
During law school, Cassie worked as a law clerk for Gomez Trial Attorneys, the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California in the Civil Division, and the Public Defender's Office gaining a vast experience in litigation. She also competed on her law school's National Mock Trial Team, where she gained considerable knowledge of public speaking, critical thinking, and the art of forming a persuasive, cohesive argument.
Cassie received her J.D. at the University of San Diego, School of Law, with a concentration in Civil Litigation. Upon graduation, she was chosen to be a member of The Order of Barristers, an honor society for United States law school graduates who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Prior to law school, Cassie received her B.A. in Public Affairs from the University of La Verne, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
