Hollyanne Raymond is part of Berding|Weil's corporate and business law department and concentrates her practice on advising community associations on their operations and transactions, including real property issues and statutory compliance with Davis-Stirling and other statutes applicable to common interest developments.
Prior to joining Berding | Weil, Hollyanne practiced law in Seattle with a trusts and estates firm, where she worked on estate, tax, and business succession planning, trust administration, property matters, and probate court proceedings. In 2019, she moved to California, where she sought to expand her practice into corporate and real property law.
Hollyanne received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where she was a Lead Article Editor for the Seattle Journal on Environmental Law. Hollyanne worked in the Estate and Disability Planning Clinic representing low-income elder or disabled clients, and throughout law school, held numerous internships ranging from public policy to civil litigation.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University, where she was accepted into the Creative Writing Program. She was also a member of the ASU water polo team and synchronized swimming team.
