Ms. Soliman serves as litigation and transactional counsel to community associations. She has dealt with a broad spectrum of association issues including interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, drafting vendor contracts, debt collection and litigation.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil, Ms. Soliman practiced at a firm in Orange County where she represented associations in various community association matters. Ms. Soliman's experience also includes criminal law and immigration law.
Ms. Soliman obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University in Cairo. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State University and graduated cum laude. She received two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, was on the Dean's Circle for academic achievement and was on Honor Roll.
Ms. Soliman has served on the publications Committee for Community Association Institute (CAI) and contributed to CAI's publication OC View and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
In her free time Ms. Soliman enjoys traveling, yoga and kickboxing. Ms. Soliman is passionate about serving the homeless community in Orange County.
