Trevis Niemeyer is part of Berding|Weils litigation practice group with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate law, business law, and contract law. He also advises community associations on foreclosure issues, landlord-tenant issues, CC&R enforcement matters, and re-construction contracts. He has litigated numerous complex business, real estate, and tort matters.
Prior to joining Berding|Weil, Mr. Niemeyer defended Fortune 500 companies in high-exposure complex mass tort, product liability, and employment law matters. Mr. Niemeyer has been part of several high-profile trial teams that have gone to verdict. In one of the trials, Mr. Niemeyer assisted in obtaining a nonsuit a judgment entered by the court before the case is given to the jury after his client successfully proved that the plaintiff had not produced sufficient evidence to allow a jury to decide the issue of liability.
Mr. Niemeyer received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington Law School in 2016, where he graduated with Honors. He received his B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012, where he graduated summa cum laude.
