Andrea Sandoval is a Case Analyst with over 9 years of legal assistance experience. She assists attorneys with litigation involving structural failures, construction defects, and environmental hazards on multiple levels of case management, including researching and organizing documents, interviewing witnesses, and drafting contracts and pleadings. She also coordinates and supervises site inspections and destructive testing sites and helps prepare presentation material related to construction claims.
Prior to joining Berding & Weil, Andrea worked as a Paralegal at four different law firms and gained experience in a wide range of legal practices, including civil, family, criminal, family and business immigration, personal injury and employment law. With her fluency in English and Spanish, she has also prepared certified translations for legal documents and served as an in-house legal translator for intake, screening, interviews, preparation, and mediations.
Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University and earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cal State East Bay. She also has a real estate license and is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors.
