Jessica Khalili is an attorney with Berding|Weil and provides general counsel services to community associations concerning day-to-day operations, governance, and real property issues.
Ms. Khalili has practiced in real estate law for over eight years. Before focusing on community association law, she represented Class A Office Buildings throughout the country and was general counsel to the investment firms. Her experience includes negotiating various real estate contracts, handling various landlord tenant issues, and purchase and sale transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Khalili successfully managed a commercial and residential portfolio of over 50 properties.
Ms. Khalili received her Juris Doctorate from University West Los Angeles Law School in Los Angeles, CA, where she received a Witkin award for trial advocacy. She received her B.A. in History from University of California, Los Angeles.
