Julia Allen is an associate in the litigation department at Berding & Weil, where she focuses her practice on representing community associations in complex construction defect litigation. She provides strategic support to clients throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Julia served as a law clerk at Berding & Weil, contributing to construction defect and HOA enforcement matters. After graduating from law school and while awaiting bar exam results, she continued to deepen her experience as a case analyst, working on construction defect cases and assisting with legal research and case development.
Julia earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2025. During law school, she gained practical experience in litigation and community association law. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
