Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, client engagement programs, digital strategy, and public relations, as well as supporting attorneys in developing and maintaining client relationships. Jill also leads the firm's client feedback and satisfaction initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve service delivery and ensure the firm continues to exceed client expectations.

Professional History

Before being named Chief Marketing Officer, Jill served as the firm's Director of Client Relations, where she built and managed relationships with current and prospective clients, identified opportunities for improved service, and developed educational programs for board members and community managers. Prior to joining Berding|Weil, Jill worked with Thomson Reuters Westlaw, focusing on client service and legal-industry business development.

With more than a decade of experience in law firm marketing and client relations, Jill brings a deep understanding of how strategic marketing, clear communication, and exceptional service contribute to long-term client partnerships and firm growth.

Ms. Jackson studied philosophy and science at Saint Mary's College.
