Gordon Walters is part of Berding|Weil's appellate practice group and litigation team. Gordon has extensive experience litigating construction defect matters. Gordon's practice has also covered a broad array of other legal areas, including insurance litigation, real estate transactions, contract disputes, and community association law.
Prior to joining Berding|Weil, Gordon worked at a successful San Diego-based firm concentrating on common interest developments and construction defect litigation. Gordon practiced with the firm's appellate litigation, construction defect, construction & remediation, and community association counsel practice groups. Gordon is well versed in both trial and appellate courts and advising clients throughout the entirety of the litigation process.
Gordon received his J.D. at the University of San Diego, School of Law. He holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a citation from the College Park Scholars Program.
