Initially, it was the real estate aspect and getting to work with communities, but as I continued, it's the people and the continually evolving changes they encounter that have kept me interested and connected to this industry. I learn something new every day.

Too often attorneys approach legal issues as a zero sum game which often results in higher costs and lower satisfaction. Reorienting the approach to find solutions that work for all is challenging and rewarding. It's my professional catnip!
