A Little Q&A

This career is almost like you are a business within your business, so I focus on my strengths and weaknesses in my own personal skills so I have confidence to turn around create real connections & relationships with my clients to help understand them and what they need to help generate leads for our firm.

My curiosity to ask great questions and not being afraid to be told no or “creating my own way” has all given me the ability to be creative and connect to my clients on a different level.

Being able to just simply talk with people every single day and being myself, while creating this relationship that will last with them and me forever. I clearly love to talk and entertain, and this role is all of that and above. I always tell people, it may seem simple, but this is exactly what I was put on this earth to do.

Trust. My firm trusts me to make the right business decisions, giving me confidence to go out and grow the firm and my clients trust me to take care of them – it’s all full circle and opens the right doors for the firm to create value and grow.

My relationships with all of my colleagues. I couldn’t do my job if it weren’t for the right direction. My boss and the attorneys all have good personal judgement leading me and the firm to make the right decisions with high integrity and good core values.

Lets see… eating at all of San Diego’s fine restaurant scene, loving on my bernese mountain dog Fletch, hiking, getting by the beach, lake or pool and – traveling!
